Privacy

The short version: we collect what we need to get your shopping to you, and
nothing else.

What we hold

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address. Your order history. Your
postcode, so we can work out who can reach you. Card details are held by
Stripe, never by us.

Who sees it

Your deliverer sees your name, address, phone number and what you ordered, because
they can’t do the job otherwise. Shops see nothing about you at all.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers. Adverts on this
site are targeted by postcode area and nothing else: no profiles, no tracking
pixels following you around.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, and we’ll do it.
Some order records have to be kept for accounting purposes; we’ll tell you
which and why.
