How it works

For you

Put in your postcode and we show you the shops someone nearby is willing to go
into today. Fill a basket from as many of them as you like: it all arrives in
one drop.

Your deliverer goes to the shops, pays at the till with their own card, and
brings it round. You’re charged what was actually spent, plus their delivery
fee and our service fee.

Why the total can change

Loose goods get weighed at the till and shelf prices move. So we place a hold
on your card for the estimate plus a little headroom, and then take only what
was really spent. Anything that wasn’t available, you don’t pay for, and there’s
no refund to wait for, because the money was never taken.

For shops

Listing is free and we take nothing from what you sell. There’s a fair chance
you’re already on here: one of our deliverers may have added you. Claim the
listing and you control your prices, hours and photos.

For deliverers

You choose your radius, the shops you’ll go into, the hours you’re about and
what you charge. We handle the payments and take a commission on the run.
