You’re going to the shops anyway.
Pick up a few things for people on your street while you’re out. You choose the radius, the shops you’ll go into, the hours you’re about, and what you charge.
You set the price
A base fee, a bit per mile, a bit for each extra shop. We stop anyone charging silly money, and that’s the only limit.
You pick the shops
Only the ones you actually want to go into. Happy to queue at the butcher but not the fishmonger? Fine, say so per shop.
You’re never out of pocket
You pay at the till and we reimburse the full shop plus your fee. Anything out of stock just never gets charged to anyone.
The money, plainly
Say someone orders £24.00 of shopping and your fee for the run is £4.50.
- You pay £24.00 at the till.
- We reimburse that in full: it was your money, not ours.
- You keep your £4.50 fee, less our 12% commission on the run.
- Any tip is yours in full. We don’t touch tips.
Payouts land weekly, straight to your bank through Stripe. You’ll need to do a short ID and bank check before your first run. That’s Stripe’s process, not ours, and we never see your details.
What we ask
- · Photo ID, and proof you can work in the UK.
- · Business-use insurance if you’re driving. Walking or cycling, you don’t need it.
- · Turn up when you said you would, or tell someone if you can’t.
- · Check ID for anything age-restricted. No exceptions, and we’ll back you if someone kicks off.
